- In a small saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, and water.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, until the strawberries soften and the mixture thickens into a syrup.
- Strain the syrup into a bowl, pressing on the strawberries to extract as much flavour as possible.
- Discard the strawberries or reserve them for another use.
- Let the syrup cool completely.
- Pour some syrup into a glass of milk and stir to combine.
- Adjust the amount of syrup to your taste preference.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
